Deadline for Voter Registration, October 9. Kickstart Your Voter Plan Now!

Election Day is just weeks away. Set a goal. Amplify your voice by exercising you vote.

Most would agree that Goals are best achieved by way of careful planning.

The National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) has developed a comprehensive tool to help you do just that.  Plan Your Vote lays out all the key considerations and steps necessary to ensure a smooth journey to cast your ballot.  Inside, you’ll find information on making sure you’re registered to vote and choosing and navigating the options that suit you best.  Check in here for the 4-1-1 on when, where, and how to vote.

The choice is yours:

→Will you vote in person during the period before Election Day at a designated Early Voting site?
→Will you visit your assigned neighborhood polling place on November 3rd?
→If you vote in person, will you use the Ballot Marking Device (BMD) or mark your ballot with a pen?
→Will you submit your absentee ballot by mail?
→Will you hand-deliver it to a secure ballot collection box in your community?

However you decide to do it, go for your goal and make your voice heard by getting out your vote for 2020.  Make that plan and vote with confidence.
