NEED ASSISTANCE NAVIGATING HEALTH INSURANCE? hosted by Rhonda Morgan, Director of Benefits Advisement: Guest Speaker Hildalise Cano from the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will help you navigate Health Insurance to access care, switch primary care providers, find specialists, understand how your insurance works, explanation of benefits, and more…  Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 1pm-2pm.

EXTENDED SUPPORT SERVICES: SNAP, MEDICAID & MEDICARE hosted by Rhonda Morgan, Director of Benefits Advisement: Guest Speaker Diana DelVecchio from the Health and Welfare Council of Long Island will provide information on support services such as SNAP; Medicaid – access to essential healthcare, long-term services; & Medicare – savings program, low-income subsidy and referrals to connect with additional benefit programs.  Thursday, October 8, 2026, 1pm-2pm.

COLLAGE BAG presented by Johanna Bogensberger

This art project will allow consumers to decorate a canvass bag using collage materials and various art supplies to create their own designer tote bag. Tuesday, October 20, 2026, 1-4pm and Thursday, October 22, 2026, 4-8pm.

SHAVING CREAM ART PROJECT presented by Johanna Bogensberger

This art project will allow consumers to experiment with paper marbling using shaving cream, ink, paint, other media and use their backgrounds for various art projects.

Tuesday, November 17, 2026, 1-4pm and Thursday, November 19, 2026, 4-8pm.

THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

ROBERT MAURO ART STUDIO

Study the basics of drawing, composition, and perspective with Johanna Bogensberger. Make beautiful paintings using watercolor, acrylic, pastels, and pencil. All art supplies are provided. These workshops are easy, simple, and fun. If you have any questions call LICIL at 516-796-0144. Every Tuesday afternoon from 1pm to 4pm and every Thursday evening from 4pm- 8pm.

ANNUAL ART EXHIBIT

This year’s Art Exhibit will be held at the Levittown Public Library throughout the month of November 2026. All Artists from LICIL’s art classes are proud to display their creation. See and experience their amazing talent! The Levittown Library will host a Meet & Greet Reception on November 18th from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.

HOLIDAY FUN KARAOKE

 During the holiday season come to the popular KARAOKE Party, hosted by the one and only Karaoke DJ Frank Mauro. If you want to have some fun and laughs, come to this happy party and bring a friend, the more the merrier. Light refreshments will be served. Don’t miss out on the fun on Friday, December 11, 2026, 6:30pm-8:30pm.
